We are a Central PA homebrew club based in Lancaster County. We meet the last Wednesday of each month at 7:00 PM in the basement of Lancaster Brewing Company. Our club welcomes all brewers and those interested in learning.

May Club Meeting!!!!!!!!

On May 27th to the Lancaster County Brewers Monthly meeting at 7 pm in the Basement of Lancaster Brewing Company. The beer theme is German Wheat Beers. I am pump to try some German weissbiers. With their velvety mouth feel and refreshing characteristics these beers were made for the coming summer season.
Cabbage is the food theme and I am excited to try everyones cabbage dishes. I love cabbage!!!!!!! and it should pair nicely with the wheat beers.

I like cabbage too Man, just not thrilled about the effects sometimes haha. I agree the refreshing nature of German wheat is great this time of year. I hope to try some interesting takes on cabbage and wheat.
