The theme of Cream ale, Pils, Helles and golden ales went over well. There was a good turnout and some tasty beers to sample. A good sampling of food to go with such as Caprese salad, Homemade Pizza, Chocolate pecan cake and Spicy Mushroom tofu soup.
I enoyed Steve Apat’s American Wheat and IPA, Steve Grisafi’s Kolsch and Bourbon oaked IPA. Alex Brubaker(Mr. President’s) Bohemian Pils, Helles, Frank Melvin’s Belgian IPA and Natron’s Mead to name a few. I brought Red’s Rye clone, Cream of the Crop cream ale and Plumcot Hefeweizen. I hope to see you in August – Wit and Saisons!
