Summary : I brewed this and added grains of paradise to 10lbs of local honey. I am planning to add 12lbs of peaches to it. I used 4 lbs of pureed peaches in the boil.

I bottled this a couple weeks ago and just tasted this last Saturday. The flavor is peachy followed by honey which is dry and then hops, which add a nice bitterness to this 11.26% Braggot.
