German Beer Steins

If you are interested in purchasing a beer stein with the club logo on it, you have come to the right place. I signed up for an account with cafepress (until further notice), where you can order yourself a nice ceramic beer stein custom printed with the Lancaster County Brewers logo on it. Since we do not have a truly official logo, I uploaded a graphic that I had laying around. Well, I made some adjustments to the web site LCB logo so that it should line up front and back. Here is the layout if you would like to see what I mean. I ordered one and will bring it to the next club meeting. I have read good and bad reviews about cafepress, so you may want to wait until the one I ordered comes in. Unfortunately it does not come with a lid, but since we don’t have to worry about the plague any more, it is not really needed. This is an example of what it may look like. I will post more info as soon as I can.

I am shopping around the net looking for a place to custom print pint glasses and other glassware, but most of the sites I found would only let you personalize a blurb of text, and you were stuck with the generic logo they provided. There must be something different with the process that makes it unsuitable for one-off printing (print on demand) for glass. A friend told me about the sublimation process, and wondered if that had anything to do with it. I started compiling a few bookmarks of different sites that do custom single quantity orders, but the ones that had pint glasses available were very limiting. Even Target.com has personalized glassware, but the logos look really drab and plain. CafePress, Zazzle, PrintMojo all do apparel… but no glasses.
